The Applied Fluids Research Group directed by Vrishank Raghav is a research laboratory in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Auburn University. The research groups mission is focused on employing fluid dynamics and engineering principles to better understand aerospace and biomedical fluid systems. In Aerospace engineering the group is interested in Unsteady Aerodynamics and MultiRotor Aeromechanics. In Biomedical engineering applications include Cardiovascular and Respiratory diseases and the associated fluid mechanics.

If you are interested in working with the Applied Fluids Research Group. Please contact the Principal Investigator Vrishank Raghav via e-mail.

DOD Instrumentation Grant

July 24, 2019

We are very grateful to the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Army Research Office (ARO) for their support of our DOD related research by providing us funds to acquire advanced instrumentation to enable research and education in fluid mechanics. You can read more about it here. Again kudos to the hard work of all the group members and thankful to the support of the college and department.
