DOD Instrumentation Grant (DURIP)

We are very grateful to the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Army Research Office (ARO) for their support of our DOD related research by providing us funds to fabricate a large towing tank for the implementation of forward flight version of R3DV to enable research and education in fluid dynamics. NASA Early Stage Investigation (ESI) Grant

January 15, 2024

We are very grateful to the NASA for their support of our collaborative research project on Plume-surface Interactions (PSI) for Lunar landing applications. This project is an off-shoot of our earlier funded effort on experimental approaches for PSI. The project is led by Dr. David Scarborough and we are collaborating with Dr. Brian Thurow and Dr. Nek Sharan at Auburn University.

AFOSR DEPSCoR Grant

We are very grateful to Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) for their support of our research project on Understanding Vortex Turbulent Boundary Layer Interactions to Mitigate Separation Using Textured Surfaces in collaboration with Arizona State University's Dr. Pathikonda. This project will support students to investigate influence of textured surfaces on mitigating flow separation during wing-vortex interactions. More details can be found here - https://aub.ie/afosr
